Players have been traded between Lucknow Supergiants and Rajasthan Royals. Lucknow Supergiants have handed over their star fast bowler Avesh Khan to Rajasthan Royals. In return, the Rajasthan team has given Devdutt Padikkal to the Lucknow team.

Big update regarding the IPL 2024 auction:

Many news are also coming out regarding the IPL auction. If media reports are to be believed, the IPL auction can be held in Dubai. There is news of a total of 590 players being shortlisted for the IPL auction.

There is not much time left in IPL 2024, so all the teams will have to release the list of their released and retained players.

All eyes on mini auction:

IPL teams can trade more players with each other in the coming days. After the end of the trade window, all the teams will present the retained and released list of their players to the BCCI.

After this BCCI will organize the IPL auction. Big bids will be placed on many players in this mini-option.

Money will rain on these players:

The Australian captain has also put his name in the auction this year. Pete Cummins did not participate in the 2023 IPL auction due to the ODI World Cup and World Test Championship.

But he will be seen playing IPL in the year 2024. Along with this, Australian players like Travis Head and Mitchell Starc will also be part of the option. It is considered certain that big bids will be placed on these players.

10 players from Jammu and Kashmir:

According to media reports, among the players whose names have been shortlisted for the auction this year, 10 players are from Jammu and Kashmir. Yusuf, Rasiq Salam, Parvez Rasool, Kamran Iqbal, Fazil Rashid, Hina Malik, Abid Mustaq, Nasir Lone, Auqib Nabi and Vivarant Sharma.

At present, two players from Jammu and Kashmir are playing in IPL. Both the players are part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team which includes the names of Abdul Samad and Umran Malik.
