List Of Unsold Players Names In IPL 2024 Auction: The IPL 2024 auction has ended. Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc on Tuesday became the most expensive player in the history of the Indian Premier League.

He was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for an incredible amount of Rs 24.75 crore, but during the auction, many big names did not find any buyers.

1. Steven Smith

No franchise showed any interest in former Australian captain Steve Smith, with Smith completely failing to attract any bidders during the auction.

Although the batsman is not one of the most prominent players in T20 cricket, he must have been expected to get a hefty sum among the ODI World Cup winners during the auction. Unfortunately, his base price of Rs 2 crore was too high to attract the interest of teams.

2. Keshav Maharaj

South African left-arm spinner Keshav Maharaj impressed everyone with his talent to succeed in Indian conditions during the World Cup this year, but even then no team showed interest in buying the international spinner.

Keshav Maharaj may be very good with the ball, but he could not live up to the expectations of the franchises in the auction.

3. Jason Holder

West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder has received huge sums of money in the last few seasons while playing for Lucknow Super Giants and Rajasthan Royals in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
