Sanju Samson Did Not Get Place In World Cup 2023 Team: The Indian team for the World Cup has been announced. Captain Rohit Sharma and chief selector Ajit Agarkar announced the 15-member Indian team at a press conference today.

As it was already believed that KL Rahul could return to the team, it happened. He has got a place in the team. But Sanju Samson could not get a place in the team.

Talking about Sanju Samson’s performance in ODIs, he has scored 390 runs in 13 matches at an average of 55.71, scoring three half-centuries. Whereas in 54 ODIs, KL Rahul has scored 1986 runs at an average of 45.13. During this, KL has scored 5 centuries and 13 half-centuries in 52 innings.

During the announcement of the team, Rohit Sharma said, I know how it feels when a player is not selected, I have also seen it all. We have to choose the best players for the team. Those who have not got a place in the team should not be disappointed and should be ready to make a place in the team whenever they get a chance.
