Asia Cup 2023: KL Rahul Follows MS Dhoni Path, Kuldeep Yadav Got 4 Wickets: India achieved a resounding win against Sri Lanka on Tuesday. With this victory, the team has confirmed its place in the final of the Asia Cup 2023.

In the Super-4 round of the Asia Cup 2023, the Indian team opened the doors for Pakistan to reach the final by defeating Sri Lanka by 41 runs in its second match. Now everyone’s eyes are on the result of the match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Kuldeep Yadav Got 4 Wickets (Asia Cup 2023):

Kuldeep Yadav once again bowled an amazing spell for India. Kuldeep Yadav ensured the victory of the Indian team by taking four wickets. In this low-scoring match, India batted first and scored 213 runs in 49.1 overs.

In response to this, the Sri Lankan team was reduced to 172 runs in 41.3 overs. The maximum score of 53 runs for India came from the bat of captain Rohit Sharma.

KL Rahul becomes Dhoni:

KL Rahul, who returned to the field after a long time, impressed everyone with his performance in both these matches. KL Rahul also did a brilliant stumping from behind the wicket and took a tremendous catch.

Rahul kept guiding Kuldeep from behind the wicket. Rahul did exactly what former Indian team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni used to do with his bowlers.

After the match, Kuldeep Yadav gave credit for his wicket to KL Rahul. Speaking to Suryakumar Yadav in a video posted by BCCI, Kuldeep Yadav said that KL Bhai had asked me to spin the ball from outside the off-stump.

I was bowling on the middle stump line and it was a little easier for the batsman to manage. So KL Bhai asked me to spin the ball outside the off-stump. After which I got the wicket and I will thank KL Bhai for this.
